Canon Advanced Shooter Workshop

We missed a year and had to postpone this year’s Canon Advanced Shooter workshop. Now there’s light at the end of the tunnel so please, join us for an intensive, hands-on, 2-day workshop that is laser-focused just on Canon cameras. Leave all your distractions behind and focus on learning more about your Canon camera system and how to take better photographs using the equipment that’s already in your camera bag.

This workshop is designed exclusively for Canon DSLR and Mirrorless camera shooters and it doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned professional or an aspiring amateur, you will discover more than you ever thought possible.

Today's complex camera systems provide so much benefit for the experienced photographer helping to bring extremely challenging images to life. But these benefits come at a cost, an increase in complexity that can often spell disaster for the unprepared photographer.

Welcome Bob Malish

Tony and Rob will be joined by Bob Malish from Canon - yes, even we learn new things every year. Bob is one of those guys who travel the world supporting professional photographers assigned to events like the Superbowl, Olympics, and Formula 1 races. He helps them capture iconic images of world-class athletes, and he can help you capture incredible images of Uncle Louie.

Remember that part about “hands-on”? We’ll have a veritable truckload of equipment that you can try on for size. Want to see what a lens will look like? Put it on your camera and try it out. Or, use it on one of ours.

Don’t expect any fluff. This isn’t a marketing pitch. This is hardcore learning about the camera system that you know and love. We dig deep into the focusing systems to ensure you know the best settings and techniques to get the sharpest images possible. Explore the exposure systems - even when using a flash. We’ll even talk about the future of photography and how these systems are evolving and where they may be headed.

We’ll have plenty of time during the breaks for hands-on 1-on-1 instruction.
